A tea kettle in all shades of yellow with occasional light and dark brown – you might have a different one depending on which end of your hand-dyed thread you start with! Mine is optimistically yellow.
Words embrace the Royal blue tea pot, filling all available space on linen, climbing higher and higher, framing the image. My favourite are chocolate “Gunpowder”, unusually bright yellow “Ginger” and muddy blue “Dragon Well”. Half of the pattern stitched. I hate even thinking that it will soon be all done!!!!!
Words climbing higher and higher on linen, moving closer to the next tea-pot, this time Royal blue.
Charm of every single little letter is transformed into the charm of the word. Words connecting to form phrases. Beautifully stitched phrases. My favorite one – pearl silk with dark chocolate frame is WHITE TEA. And guess which word I mys-stitched?
